How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Our customer support team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Securely package your item(s) and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Refunds Process

- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
